Join us for our first ever cycling event in Hendry County!

Leave the City for a day and join us in the Country for a beautiful day of bike riding. We have an 84 mile course with 2 aid stations and police escort. This is a chip timing event with Raceresults. The scenic rural route will take you through sugarcane, citrus, cattle, and panther country. The proceeds of this event will benefit the underserved kids in our community with brand new bikes. Top finishers will be handing out the new bikes to kids after the race.

Coffee and snack will be provided before the race.

Lunch will be provided after the race.

2021 Tour de Hendry County T-shirts will be given for completing this challenging ride.

Top 30 finishers will hand out 30 brand new bikes to kids in our community after the race. 

The course starts in Clewiston, America’s Sweetest Town

The first part of the ride will take you west on US 27 through sugarcane country and vegetable farms. You turn south on Flaghole Rd. to Montura Ranches.

Devil’s Garden

Sam Jones

You ride south on CR 833, the Sam Jones Trail through an area called Devil’s Garden – named for Jones, the only major Seminole War leader not killed or captured during the wars.

You turn west on Keri Rd to the 1st aid station. You ride through cattle country, the Okaloacoochee Slough State Forest and panther country

You head north on SR 29 towards LaBelle, the county seat. You bypass Main St. staying south of the city and head east on SR 80 to aid station #2. We continue east on SR 80 for 25 miles to the finish line
